I've spent 15+ years building digital products across agencies, startups, and enterprise.
My specialty is moving from uncertainty to decision. I run discovery, build prototypes, and use that evidence to get buy-in and deliver products that work.
Recently I've been training AI workflow tools with my own methods for research and synthesis. What used to require a team and weeks now takes days.
I work with companies that need strategic thinking and tangible execution in one person.
If that's useful, let's talk.
Experience
I’ve worked as an entrepreneur, a startup founder, a designer in creative agencies, a UX lead in a product company, and a strategy consultant in enterprise contexts. Each environment sharpened a different skill: building from zero, shipping under constraints, scaling teams and systems, and making decisions when clarity is partial.I see language as the core interface of modern systems. That’s why LLMs matter. They make it possible to externalize reasoning, synthesis, and decision-making into tools that teams can actually use. I design products and workflows that apply AI to reduce friction, improve judgment, and keep complexity manageable.
Core competencies
Product and experience strategy in complex environments
Research, problem framing, and journey analysis
UX and workflow design for B2B and B2C products
Roadmaps and prioritization under uncertainty
AI- and LLM-based tools for research and strategy workflows
When I’m not mapping user journeys, I'm drawn to photojournalism, rally racing, semiotics, and the occasional blockchain rabbit hole.
